The staff at the Springfield were outstandingly accommodating and very friendly. the superior queen room was very impressive, with a comfy bed. - the hotel is in an excellent location, right next door to the center of a beautiful village with restaurants, pubs, and eateries.

The weather was very warm, had nice stay with great value for money. The location was absolutely perfect and amazing in a pretty nice area, adjacent to good restaurants and pubs as well as visiting attractions.

The proximity to a pub with good beer and food, as well as nearby attractions like Cragside House and Alnwick Castle, was convenient. The full English breakfast served was super.
